Frank Carreras, member of the VdL (Verband der Luftfahrtsachverständigen) is an accredited expert for all questions regarding the wide field of skydiving/parachuting, including jump/flight operations, training/instruction, tandem, AFF, personal bundle/cargo/tethered bundle jumps, night/high altitude (oxygen)/water- and demo/exhibition jumps, accident, damage and/or appraisal evaluations or expertises.
